Message frequency varies depending on your service needs and active support requests. You will only receive messages relevant to your account and the services we provide.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. Opt-out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received a message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you may opt in again through our website or by contacting us directly.

7. Carrier liability
